Do Khac Tat Hung is a Counsel at BizLaw with nearly nine years of experience practicing business law. His primary areas of expertise include corporate & foreign investment, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), commercial law, and dispute settlement.

Hung earned his degrees in Law and Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2016. He further pursued his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law at Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics, graduating in 2022. He is a proud member of both the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association (HCBA) and the Vietnam Bar Federation (VBF).

Before joining BizLaw in 2020, Hung spent two and a half years at a boutique law firm, advising numerous multinational and local corporations on their investment projects and business transactions in Vietnam. Following that, he served for almost a year as an in-house counsel for a reputable multinational steel structure corporation based in Ho Chi Minh City, where he provided legal support for its operations and investments both within and outside of Vietnam.
