Hai is a trusted advisor to both local and international clients, guiding them through complex commercial transactions including financing, procurement, distribution, franchising, construction, and property leasing. He is particularly adept at negotiating joint venture and share purchase agreements, structuring foreign investments in Vietnam, and drafting cross-border procurement documents.

Before joining BizLaw in 2004, Hai gained valuable insights from his roles at a multinational company and a leading Vietnamese investment and legal consulting group. He holds a law degree from HCMC University School of Law and an MA in economics from HCMC University of Economics. Hai is admitted to the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association (HCBA) and the Vietnam Bar Federation (VBF).
